Ms. Halladay recently joined the Children’s Service Society Board of Directors. She is the Owner of Black Diamond PR and Marketing and the Director of Grassroots Communication.
She is a graduate of the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, with an MBA in International Business and Marketing and was graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications, Public Relations and Broadcasting.
