CSS 2024 Fun Run
Does your family like running? Walking? Going outside together? Dressing up as video game characters and having a blast? If any of these things apply to you, then sign up for Children’s Service Society of Utah’s 2024 Fun Run! This event will include a competitive 5k race all along a themed race track that would make even Mario jump for joy! Then, after the race, come meet Mario and Peach and have the opportunity to play some really fun games that the whole family can enjoy!

Entry Fees:
Kids Fun Dash (12 & Under): Free
Early Bird Fee (Guaranteed a T-shirt!): $20 per racer
Non-Early Bird Fee (Not guaranteed a t-shirt): $25 per racer

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I sign up my child for the 5k race AND the Kids Fun Dash?
Yes! As long as a child is 12 years old or younger, they may be signed up for both the 5k AND the Kids Fun Dash.
Will there be food available after the race?
Yes, there will be free food for the racers after the 5k, including Jdawgs, Einstein’s Bagels, yogurts, and various fruits.
What is the 5k route like?
The 5k route at Wheeler Historic Farm consists of two full laps around the farm, in addition to one last stretch to the finish line. Here is a map that outlines the route as well. The path will be marked with arrows to make sure everyone goes the right way!
Are baby joggers/strollers allowed? Do I have to sign up my child/baby if they will be in a jogger/stroller?
Yes baby joggers/strollers are allowed, just please be aware and stay clear of other runners. Strollers must line up at the back of the group at the starting line. ***You do NOT have to sign up your child/baby if they will be pushed in a jogger/stroller***
Will there be any sort of bathroom at the race?
Yes, there will be a public toilet next to the finish line.
Is the course chip timed?
Yes. Runners will be timed with chips located on the back side of the bib numbers. Please do not alter or fold your bib number in any way, so that your chip will be read. At the end of the race you may keep your timing chip.
Will there be awards for the fastest runners?
Yes- there will be a prize for the first three male finishers and for the first three female finishers.
Are dogs allowed at the race?
Dogs will not be allowed to run with their owners on the 5k track, but they are welcome to be present for the post-race activities as long as they are on a secure leash.
