CSS takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit payment information to CSS in connection with an event registration or donation, your information is protected both online and offline. Whenever CSS collects personal information online, that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us.

CSS will use your information only for its intended business purpose. CSS allows access to personal information to specific staff members only as necessary to provide the appropriate services. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to other organizations or individuals. CSS will release your personal information only when release is required by law.
Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

We keep your personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as is required to fulfill the purpose(s) for which you intended. If your personal information changes or you would like to review the personal information we may have on file, please email us with the new information or your review request at encarni@cssutah.org
Upon your request in writing, CSS will remove your personal information from our databases, except where we are required to retain the information by statutes or regulations (for example, charitable giving history tied to income tax receipts.)
