Steven Lukens
Steven Lukens is the Chief Financial Officer at Applied Signal Technology, a Raytheon Technologies Company. Steven received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA in International Business & Corporate Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Steven joined the Board of CSS in November of 2021. He serves as Treasurer and on the Board Executive Committee. Steve wanted to get involved with CSS, Utah’s oldest child welfare organization to help serve Utah’s most vulnerable children.
