Air Force EFMP (Exceptional Family Members Program) Respite Care
Child Care Aware EFMP Program- Hill AFB

Do you have a desire to work with children with special needs? Eligible Air Force families need qualified individuals to provide respite care for their children.

Job Description: Qualified individual will provide respite care within the home of eligible Air Force families with children with special needs up to age 19, plus siblings up to age 13.  This contract position is requesting someone who has experience with older children who have special needs and behavioral issues. The pay is based upon experience and educational background ranging from $16-$20, with siblings at a set $5 rate.

Providers must be able to pass Federal and State, Child Abuse, and Sex Offender registry background checks; obtain or possess CPR and First Aid certifications and complete yearly online training, as well as provide reliable transportation. This position primarily takes place on the base, but can be in the surrounding areas as well (Clearfield, Syracuse, Layton, Clinton, Roy, etc).
