The Provider Coaching Program provides individualized training for licensed center and family child care providers. The provider, in conjunction with the coach, sets goals that aim to improve the quality of the child care program. The goals help providers offer meaningful learning experiences for all children in their care. The coach provides specialized on-site training to help the provider achieve their goals. Upon completion of the program, the provider is eligible to receive a grant worth $400 of developmentally appropriate materials.
Provider Coaching Grant
The Provider Coaching Grant (PC) is designed to support licensed child care providers in applying the information and concepts they have learned while working with their coach. Candidates are eligible to receive a PC Grant by completing 20-30 hours of the coaching. Recipients of the PC Grant will receive $400 worth of developmentally appropriate materials or equipment that targets the needs of young learners.
