Grandfamilies & Kinship care

Meet the growing needs of families that are caring for a relative's child.

This program was created in 2002 to meet the growing needs of individuals and/or families that are caring for a relative's child. Our focus is to provide information and support to these families so that the needs of safety and permanency for the children in these families can be met.

Home Visitation

Helping parents overcome the challenges involved with parenting.

Home Visitation reaches families in their homes to help parents overcome challenges involved with parenting and help children reach their full potential. Home Visitation is patterned after the Parents as Teachers program (PAT) and is offered to each home by trained parent educators.
